SHIPPING RATES & INFORMATION

Effective January 11, 2013, effective to December 31, 2013

Orders $100.00 and under – 25% refund (less Tax)

Orders $100.00 and over – 55% refund (less Tax)

Refunds will be issued via Gift Certificates (GC) towards future orders, if orders have been placed on line.

GF will be emailed to you. Weight restriction of 10 kgs. Orders over 10 kgs will see their refunds reduced accordingly.

Catalog errors. If catalog overcharges you on shipping you WILL be receive the overage charges in your GC refund.

 Canada Post shipping guide 1-9 working days, depending on destination.

Healthy Bird strives to keep up to date inventory stock, but cannot guarantee. If a product is out of stock on your order, you are notified via email in prompt time, so you have the option of waiting for new stock, cancelling item, or having an alternate item sent.  

Damaged Shipments.  We require a picture of product(s).  Upon receiving this, you will be sent immediately a replacement shipment.  Please email us at healthybird@rogers.com or call us at 506-532-3757 if you have a problem with your shipment.

If you are receiving a shipment via Courier (Midland/Armour, etc.) please inspect your product before signing acceptance.   If you do not, and there is a problem with the cage (or whatever you have received) the transport company will not reimburse.

All sales are final.  For the protection of your birds and others, we cannot do returns to the store.

  If there is a default/defect with your product, please notifiy us and we will take care of this immediately, either by refund or new shipment of product.

We do believe in recyclining.  We use recycled boxes of good quality.
