Orders are shipped daily via Canada Post. Orders normally take 1-8 days, depending on province. You will receive an email notification from Canada Post when your order has left and this notification will advise of estimated date of arrival of your package.
Should your parcel arrive damaged, please take pictures and email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org We will then work with Canada Post for a refund and send you a replacement parcel. NOTE: save all packaging, etc until claim has been settled as Canada Post may ask for information regarding this.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
We do not send backorders unless additional postage is paid. We will advise you at time of your order if an item is out of stock. We will happily suggest items of similar nature. If none are acceptable to you, we will send you a Gift Certificate to be used on future orders. If you do wish to have your item sent once we receive in stock, we will be happy to send with your next future order.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Due to the high fluctuating right now, we reserve the right to change pricing on items of Special Orders. This includes cages, play stand, carriers, pak a birds, 32 lbs of foods from Goldenfeast to name a few. Please allow 4-6 weeks when ordering these items if not in stock.
A 4% charge will be deducted from orders made, and then cancelled *unless this is due to items being out of stock*. This is to cover administration costs.
Returns are done on a case by case basis due to sanitary reasons. Shipping Charges are NOT refundable. Please email us. Defective merchandise issues must be taken up with Manufacturer of said item. We will provide Manufacturer information if needed.
